3. Services Offered
Softek Lab provides digital marketing and development services as per the agreed proposal or package. The scope of services will be clearly defined in your service agreement or invoice.
4. Payment Terms
All prices will be mentioned in the quotation, proposal, or invoice.
Full or partial payment must be made before project initiation, depending on the package.
For recurring services (e.g., SEO, SMM, Google Ads, website maintenance), monthly payments are due in advance.
Failure to make payments on time may lead to service suspension.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
Share necessary logins, images, content, or approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws for any content or data provided.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be discussed before starting.
Delays caused due to late client inputs, approvals, or payments are not the responsibility of Softek Lab.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made are non-refundable once the project or monthly service begins.
If you choose to cancel ongoing services, a written notice must be provided 7 days in advance.
Any unused portion of prepaid services will not be refunded.
8. Third-Party Costs
Some services, such as *Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting, domains, or third-party plugins, may require **additional payments. These charges are *not included in Softek Lab’s service fees unless mentioned in the proposal.
9. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. All client data, login credentials, and business information are kept strictly confidential and used only for the agreed project.
10. Limitation of Liability
Softek Lab will not be held responsible for losses, damages, or downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party services, hosting issues, or platform changes.
We do not *guarantee specific results, such as *#1 Google rankings or certain lead volumes, as performance depends on multiple external factors.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon *full payment, the final deliverables (website, designs, content, etc.) become the *property of the client.
Softek Lab retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
The client fails to make payments.
The client engages in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
The client violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Softek Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the *laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the *jurisdiction of courts in [Pali, Rajasthan,India].
